Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) fluid ounce (2 Tablespoons) daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For optimal results drink 16 oz of water after your daily doses.
Other Ingredients: Proprietary Coconut Water Aloe Vera Juice Blend (contains a blend of Young Coconut Water, Aloe Vera Juice, Aloe Vera Gel, White Grape Juice, and Blueberry Juice), Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate.
